Twizzy is an app where you book 1:1 video or audio calls with creators, athletes, professionals and everyday legends to get real advice on almost anything. 21 categories, 300+ topics, no subscription. You only pay for the calls you book.
Literally anything: relationships, money, careers, health, creativity, life, you name it. Pick the person you want to hear from and book a call.
Find an advisor, choose an available call time, and submit your booking request. Your advisor has up to 24 hours to accept it.
Your card is charged 24 hours before your scheduled call, and you’re not charged if the advisor declines. After the call, you can leave a review, save the advisor, or book another conversation.
Twizzy advisors are independent advisors: mentors, specialists, and people with relevant real-world experience. Advisors are independent sellers, not licensed professionals.
Advisors must complete identity verification before receiving call requests. Their profiles show their background, areas of experience, pricing, availability, and reviews so you can decide whether they are the right fit.
Identity verification confirms who an advisor is. You should still review each advisor’s profile and experience before booking.
No. Twizzy is an advice and mentorship platform—not therapy, medical care, diagnosis, crisis intervention, or emergency support.
Advisors share perspective based on their own experience. Advisors are independent sellers, not licensed professionals. Twizzy should not replace a licensed medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other regulated provider when one is required.
If you or anyone else is in danger, call 911 or your local emergency number. If you are in crisis or thinking about suicide, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) in the United States. Twizzy is not for emergencies.
Twizzy is intended for adults who are at least 18 years old. You confirm you’re 18 or older when you sign up.
You will need an account to request and participate in a call.
Each advisor sets their own rate. Prices may vary based on the advisor, call option, and length.
The complete price—including any applicable Twizzy fees—is displayed before you submit your booking. Twizzy does not require a subscription; you pay only for the calls you book.
Your card is charged 24 hours before your scheduled call. If you book a call that starts in less than 24 hours, you’re charged when the advisor accepts your request.
If the advisor declines or doesn’t accept your request within 24 hours, you’re not charged.
Advisors have up to 24 hours to accept or decline a booking request.
If the advisor does not respond, the request expires and you are not charged. You can then choose another advisor or submit a new request.
Yes. A reschedule request must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
The other person can respond until the call reaches the 24-hour cutoff. Your original booking remains unchanged unless the reschedule is accepted.
Only one reschedule request can be active for a call at a time. Once the call is less than 24 hours away, rescheduling is no longer available.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the call to receive a full refund.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, or you do not show up (there is a 10-minute grace period), there is no refund. If the advisor does not show up or cancels the call, you receive a full refund.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days by emailing help@twizzy.com. The time it takes for a refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
Report the issue through Twizzy Support as soon as possible. Include a clear description and, when relevant, a screenshot.
Twizzy can review the booking, payment, and available technical records. Depending on the circumstances, Twizzy may issue a full refund, partial refund, or account credit.
Your full profile is not publicly visible by default. An advisor receives only the information needed to understand and conduct your booked call, including any intake information you choose to provide.
Twizzy does not sell or rent your personal information. Payment information is processed through approved payment providers.
Calls are recorded and transcribed. You agree to this when you accept our Terms at sign-up. Recordings and transcripts are encrypted, stored in the United States, and only a small number of authorized team members can access them. They are used for disputes, safety and legal compliance.
Yes. You can block an advisor, and you can report a call if you experience inappropriate, misleading, or unsafe behavior.
Reports are reviewed by Twizzy and may result in a warning, account restriction, suspension, removal, or refund where appropriate.
Open Support from your Twizzy profile or settings. Submit the subject of your issue, a description, and an optional screenshot.
You will receive confirmation and a reference number so your request can be tracked.
Twizzy gives you a platform to earn money by sharing useful knowledge, relevant expertise, or lived experience through one-on-one calls. Advisors are independent sellers, not licensed professionals.
You control your profile, pricing, availability, and the requests you accept. Twizzy handles discovery, scheduling, payments, call access, reviews, and support.
Twizzy is for people with meaningful knowledge or experience that can help someone make a better decision, understand a challenge, or move forward.
This may include founders, creators, coaches, operators, specialists, mentors, and people with valuable lived experience. Advisors are independent sellers, not licensed professionals. Every advisor is subject to Twizzy’s eligibility requirements, identity verification, platform rules, and profile review.
Create an advisor account and complete your profile, including your photo, biography, tagline, areas of expertise, pricing, and availability.
You will also need to complete identity verification and connect an eligible payout account. Once your required information is approved, your profile can go live and begin receiving requests.
Yes. You can review the user’s first name, requested time, call details, topic, and any optional intake information before accepting.
You are not required to accept every request. Decline any call that falls outside your experience, availability, comfort level, or personal boundaries.
You have up to 24 hours to accept or decline a booking request.
Responding quickly creates a better user experience and can improve your chances of converting requests into completed calls. Requests that are not accepted within the required time expire automatically.
Advisors keep 80% of eligible call revenue. Twizzy retains a 20% platform fee.
Your expected earnings are displayed clearly so you can understand what you will receive from each completed call.
Yes. You control your call pricing and can update it from your advisor settings.
Your current rate is shown on your public profile and during the user’s booking process. Pricing changes apply to future booking requests and do not change the price of an already confirmed call.
Advisor payouts are processed weekly through Twizzy’s payment partner.
Earnings become eligible for payout after the corresponding call has taken place. The time required for funds to reach your bank account may vary depending on the payment partner, your bank, your location, and your account status.
Users are charged 24 hours before the scheduled call. If a user books a call that starts in less than 24 hours, they’re charged when you accept the request.
If you decline the request or let it expire, the user is not charged. This protects users from paying for calls that were never confirmed.
You can manage your available days and times from your advisor settings.
Set recurring hours, open specific time slots, block dates when you are unavailable, and update your schedule whenever your availability changes. Twizzy displays calls in the relevant local time zone to reduce scheduling errors.
Keep your calendar current. Availability that is inaccurate may create cancellations, missed bookings, and lower user trust.
At the scheduled time, open the call from your Twizzy calendar or notification and select Join Session.
Review the user’s optional intake information before joining, arrive on time, stay focused on the booked topic, and maintain appropriate boundaries throughout the conversation. Calls are recorded and transcribed. You agree to this when you accept our Terms during advisor onboarding. Recordings are kept securely and used for disputes, safety and legal compliance.
Yes. Submit the reschedule request at least 24 hours before the call.
The user can respond until the booking reaches the 24-hour cutoff. If the user declines or does not respond, the original call remains scheduled.
Only one reschedule request can be active at a time. Rescheduling is locked once the call is less than 24 hours away.
When an advisor cancels or does not show up, the user receives a full refund. If a user cancels 24 or more hours before the call, they receive a full refund; if they cancel within 24 hours or do not show up (10-minute grace period), there is no refund. Refund requests are made within 7 days to help@twizzy.com.
Twizzy understands that genuine emergencies happen. However, repeated cancellations or missed calls may affect your profile visibility, reputation, eligibility for future bookings, or account standing.
Make your profile specific, credible, and easy to understand. Users should immediately know who you help, what you know, and what kind of conversation they can book with you.
Use a clear photo, write a strong one-line tagline, explain your experience without exaggeration, select focused expertise categories, maintain current availability, respond quickly, and deliver calls users want to recommend.
A clear specialist usually converts better than someone claiming to advise on everything.
Yes. Share your Twizzy profile link through social media, email, your website, newsletters, podcasts, or professional communities.
The strongest acquisition strategy is to direct people who already trust your knowledge to a profile where they can immediately book your time.
Users who complete an eligible paid call can leave feedback about their experience.
Reviews help future users make informed decisions and help you understand where you are performing well. If you believe a review violates Twizzy’s policies, contact Twizzy Support. Disagreeing with a user’s opinion alone does not guarantee removal.
Advisors must not harass users, discriminate, misrepresent qualifications, guarantee outcomes, pressure users into off-platform payments, misuse confidential information, or provide regulated services they are not legally qualified to provide.
Twizzy may investigate reported conduct and restrict, suspend, or permanently remove an advisor who violates platform policies.
Open Support from your advisor settings to report payout problems, booking issues, technical errors, inappropriate user behavior, or other account concerns.
Include relevant details and screenshots so the support team can investigate efficiently.
